Our Policies & Procedures
By submitting payment you agree to the following terms:
- PAYMENT: A valid credit or debit card is required to purchase and secure your requested event date/time. Payment in full or deposit must be made or the request will be subject to cancellation.
- DEPOSIT OPTION: We offer a $100 refundable deposit option. Balance due before event or upon arrival.
- CANCELLATION/REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY: There will be a $100 cancellation fee for all events canceled less than 7 days prior to event. Full refunds offered if cancelled before 7 days prior to event.
- DAMAGE: Rolling Arcade will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the Arcade in a specific location. Our Arcade is meant to be parked in the street. Any damage to any equipment or truck by the guest will be the responsibility of the client.
- BAD WEATHER: Rolling Arcade is created for all types of weather. The Arcade is insulated and climate controlled with air conditioning and heat. In any case we reserve the right to re-schedule your event for any unsafe weather or conditions.
- FOOD/DRINKS: We do not allow any food and drinks in the Arcade.
- ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at an Rolling Arcade event or party; however, drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Rolling Arcade equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately with no refund. We reserve the right to terminate any party if the use of alcohol is deemed excessive or unsafe.
- TIPS: The Game Coach is there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. Tipping for good service is a great idea, but not required.
- TRAILER PARKING AND DRIVEWAY ACCESS: We must have a safe and approved place to park. We also need a fairly level area to park our truck and trailer. We require approximately 60 feet of space for setup. We will not travel on UNPAVED single-lane access roads or driveways due to safety concerns for our staff and equipment. Booking any party constitutes your agreement with our policies and procedures.
